●I do not routinely wear a mask, but I am happy to put one on if that is your preference.
●Please cancel/reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well.

Hair is an interesting fabric that can be unpredictable at times. At your appointment I will consult on your expectations, and what I believe I can achieve while maintaining the health and integrity of your hair in the timeframe we have available. I guarantee my work for 7 days. If you are not satisfied with your results, have questions or concerns please voice them to me BEFORE you leave your appointment. If after your appointment you feel that your expectations were not met, please reach out to me as soon as possible so that we can find a solution. If you need to come in for another appointment I will accommodate you as much as I can, but my schedule is not always flexible. Depending on what was discussed at your first appointment, you may be charged for additional services - please ask about this when scheduling for your adjustment appointment.

 

Cancelation/No Show Policy: 
●By scheduling an appointment with me, Amber Richeson, you understand and agree to my policies.
●If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be asked to pay 50% of the canceled service prior to rescheduling (I can charge the card on file for your convenience).
●If you do not communicate and do not arrive for your scheduled appointment you will be asked to pay 100% of the scheduled service prior to rescheduling. 
I understand that "life happens", which makes communication with me very important.
